Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • The Customer may only request a refund of our private fee for professional assistance services in the DS-160 application process. With regards to this, we remind the Client that the price of our fee is indicated on the main page of this website, on the cost payment page of the application form for the selected DS-160 form as well as in the payment confirmation email of our professional services.

  • The Customer may request a refund of the private rate for the professional assistance services within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the email confirming payment of our agency's private rate for professional services. After this period, no refund requests will be approved, except in very specific cases due to the particular circumstances of the Customer, which will be assessed at the discretion of our agency.

  • If the refund request is submitted within the indicated period, the amount that will be returned is as follows:

    • The amount that will be returned is as follows: → 30% of the total amount of the private fee for professional services.

  • The refund request must be sent to Customer Service via email:, that we kindly ask you to complete with: (a) the same personal data provided in the form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form and (b) with the application ID number that is provided to the Customer in the email confirming the payment of our private professional services rate; In order to properly identify your Client file, as well as for reasons of security and confidentiality of personal data.

  • Customer Service will review the reasons and particular circumstances of each request to determine the refund’s approval or denial. The Customer will be informed of the result of her/his refund request via the contact email that she/he provided in the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form.

  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum period of 72 hours from the approval date. This procedure can take up to 10 days to complete, depending on the Customer's bank.

  • The consular MRV fees that the Customer must pay directly to the US embassy or consulate for the interview associated with their DS-160 application are non-refundable as, once paid, the US embassy or consulate does not reimburse these costs.



  • If the Customer cannot attend the consular interview on the scheduled date, he/she will not have to pay the consular fees again, as long as he/she request the rescheduling of his/her previous appointment within a maximum period of one (1) year, counted from the date that the Customer made the payment of consular fees to the Department of State.
