Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • The Customer may only request a refund of our private fee for professional assistance services in the DS-160 application process. With regards to this, we remind the Client that the price of our fee is indicated on the main page of this website, on the cost payment page of the application form for the selected DS-160 form as well as in the payment confirmation email of our professional services.

  • The Customer may request a refund of the private rate for the professional assistance services within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the email confirming payment of our agency's private rate for professional services. After this period, no refund requests will be approved, except in very specific cases due to the particular circumstances of the Customer, which will be assessed at the discretion of our agency.

  • If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before we have submitted the application to the Department of State, you can do so by sending a written cancellation request to the  Customer Service.  You will receive a refund of all prepaid fees, excluding non-refundable Government fees, and less $39 of processing fee for each transaction.If you decide to cancel after the applications have been submitted to the Department of State, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after your application have been submitted to the Department of State. 

  • Customer Service will review the reasons and particular circumstances of each request to determine the refund’s approval or denial. The Customer will be informed of the result of her/his refund request via the contact email that she/he provided in the application form for obtaining or renewing the DS-160 form.

  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum period of 72 hours from the approval date. This procedure can take up to 10 days to complete, depending on the Customer's bank.

  • The consular MRV fees that the Customer must pay directly to the US embassy or consulate for the interview associated with their DS-160 application are non-refundable as, once paid, the US embassy or consulate does not reimburse these costs.

Guarantee does not apply to proxy marriages. Government fees are not refundable. Your refund request must include copies of all correspondence with the government leading up to your denial. In case a family visa is denied, we will refund up to 3 family members.


If the Customer cannot attend the consular interview on the scheduled date, he/she will not have to pay the consular fees again, as long as he/she request the rescheduling of his/her previous appointment within a maximum period of one (1) year, counted from the date that the Customer made the payment of consular fees to the Department of State.
